Since Georgie qualified with her BDS (Hons) from St Bart’s and The Royal London Dental School in 2004, she has remained committed to increasing her skills and keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques.  “It’s just one of the reasons why I’m so happy to be working with The Implant Centre team,” says Georgie. “They’re right at the leading edge of dentistry today.”  She likes getting to know her patients and works with them in a relaxed manner so they all, including the nervous ones, feel at ease.  “My aim,” says Georgie, “is to offer the highest quality dental care in a calm and friendly environment”.

Georgie is highly qualified for her role at The Implant Centre with a wide range of hospital and practice-based experience.  She spent two years working in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery hospital departments, where she took postgraduate examinations to gain Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS) at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2007.  She then gained a training position in the division of Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute and Hospital in London. Georgie followed this with a Master’s Degree in Conservative Dentistry at The Eastman in 2009. Her training included an in-depth study and clinical experience in restorative dentistry and dental implants, which triggered her enthusiasm for Implantology. She has experience teaching restorative dentistry to final-year undergraduates at St Thomas’ Hospital in London and has examined candidates for the MJDF Royal College of Surgeons exam.

Outside of dentistry, Georgie likes running, tennis and yoga, and she enjoys socialising and travelling with her husband Nick and their kids.
