Mike shares his experience of having multiple-teeth implant treatment at The Implant Centre, from wearing a problematic denture to a life-changing transformation.

I first heard about you through my dentist, Neil Marshall of Mill Dental Centre. He recommended that I come along and have a word with The Implant Centre to see if they could help.
I had started to wear a partial denture, and as a result, it was absolute misery. I couldn't eat properly. I couldn't speak properly. I'm a keen amateur musician, I played jazz flute, but I couldn't play the flute properly. I couldn't taste my food. I couldn't have been in a worse place, quite frankly.
Well, having come along and spoken to the guys here (The Implant Centre), I felt very confident, they knew what they were doing. They showed me all the options, I was totally up for it. I could see that a new future lay ahead of me if I took the plan that was offered so, I was very positive. I have no problem with dental care. I've always had a good experience, and I wasn't expecting any different.
Now, I had all my teeth, 14 of them, top and bottom, all done in one continuous process. I think it must have taken about a couple of hours. I was anaesthetised, absolutely no problems, I was very happy! It couldn't have been a smoother process. I had several injections. They knew exactly where to put them, and after the first prick of the first needle, I didn't feel anything. No pain at all.
Almost immediately, once the teeth were in place, everything changed and, well, at least one part of me felt like a young man again. I have my teeth. I could chew food. I used to have to cut up salad leaves into tiny pieces. I could chew food. I could chew nuts. I could eat apples. I could speak clearly. I could play my flute properly. I mean, it was an absolute transformation. It has changed my life. It's given me back my dignity, and my self-respect.
Everyone is so enthusiastic, so incredibly dedicated, and the feeling that you are in a place where they know what they're doing, there's no doubt about that, an amazing experience. Yes, everybody here, top marks all around.
