Implant Treatments: Multiple Teeth

Back to Video Library

Learn about multiple teeth implant treatment in this video by The Implant Centre’s Restorative Dentist Daniel Mace – Leaving a gap between implants can be healthier for your bone.

  • So, if you have more than one tooth missing, there's more than one way we can replace that with implants. Each tooth with a single implant and a crown on top of that, or sometimes it’s better not to place implants for each missing tooth, and instead place an implant at the beginning and end of the gap, forming a bridge. By having more space between the implants, there's more bone that’s undisturbed, therefore, it's going to potentially be a healthier outcome.

Whenever we make restorations for people, bridges included, we always want the restoration to look as natural as possible, the tooth, and if there's gum on the restoration then we will match to your natural gum too.
