Bruxism: what is it and what are the symptoms?

Bruxism is excessive teeth grinding or jaw clenching that typically occurs during sleep. It is highly linked to stress and anxiety and can significantly wear down your teeth if it isn’t dealt with properly.

If you think that you suffer from bruxism, it may be a good idea to ask for a mouth guard from your dentist to wear at night to prevent any further issues.
